We welcome all experience levels! Our guides work with complete beginners through advanced anglers. They’ll teach you casting, reading water, and fly selection, or leave you alone if you prefer to fish independently.
What is the best time of year for fly fishing in Yellowstone?
Let’s be honest: Fly fishing in Yellowstone is always a good idea. We fish year-round, but we suggest planning a spring or fall trip for thinner crowds and great fishing.
Where can I get a fishing license?
You’ll need a Yellowstone National Park fishing license or a Montana state fishing license, depending on where we fish. We’ll confirm which when you book.
Yellowstone fishing permits are available at park entrance stations, visitor centers, or online.
What is the cancellation policy for guided fly fishing trips?
If you need to cancel your trip, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Refund restrictions apply for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows.
